Vintage Bollywood Strings spans four decades of Hindi film music soundtracks, featuring loops and one-shots inspired by the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. Recorded in Mumbai with a live string ensemble and sitar, it uses multiple mic configurations and iconic analogue hardware to capture the authentic sound of Vintage Bollywood. Highlights include loops and one-shots processed through a vintage Ampex tape machine and pressed to vinyl for retro warmth and dusty sonics. The pack was produced by Dhruv Goel, an Indian composer and music producer based in Los Angeles.
