AerCap Holdings N.V. (AER), a prominent aircraft leasing company, announced on Thursday the signing of lease agreements for two Boeing 737-800 aircraft. These aircraft will be managed by Mukamalah Aviation Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aramco, known under the brand "Aloula Aviation," and will serve to transport passengers from the Aramco Group within Saudi Arabia.

The Aramco Group has been a valued client of AerCap for many years, notably through its helicopter division, Milestone Aviation, a leading entity in leasing and financing helicopters.

Originally established in 1934 as Saudi Aramco, Aloula Aviation holds the distinction of being the first aviation company in Saudi Arabia and the second in the Middle East.
