Alliance Entertainment Holding Corp. (AENT) announced on Wednesday its acquisition of Handmade by Robots, a producer of collectible vinyl figures, from Bensussen Deutsch & Associates LLC. This strategic acquisition is designed to enhance Alliance's licensed collectibles division and capitalize on its extensive global network. Prior to the market opening, Alliance's stock experienced an increase of 7.52%, reaching $6.72 on the Nasdaq.
