1) Get your CC ready (fullz) (if you get a state/city based fullz it'd be easier)
2) Make a new amazon account using CC info, change email to ur own and name the email with fullz name.
3) Look around for 30 mins, add and remove stuff from cart.
4) Find the item you want under $100, let sit in cart of 24-48 hrs.
5) Use the fullz address order there, contact amazon support after 1-2 hrs and say that you accidentally put the wrong address and you would like to change it.
6) Boom done, enjoy.
