AmpliTech Group, Inc. (AMPG) has announced that it will be offering approximately 2.17 million shares, each priced at $4.60, totaling about $10 million. The offering is anticipated to close on or around December 31. At present, AmpliTech's shares are trading at $5.94 on the Nasdaq, representing a 4.03 percent increase.
