AmpliTech Group, Inc. (AMPG) announced on Thursday that it has set the price for its registered direct offering, where 1.871 million shares of common stock will be sold at $3.10 per share. This initiative aims to raise approximately $5.8 million. The company anticipates that the offering will conclude around December 27, 2024. Maxim Group LLC has been designated as the exclusive placement agent to facilitate this offering. Presently, AmpliTech's shares are being traded at $3.62 each on the Nasdaq, reflecting a 9.91% decrease.
