Armlogi Holding Corp. (BTOC), a U.S.-based provider of warehousing and logistics services, announced on Tuesday the appointment of Sheng-Kai (Scott) Hsu as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective January 13, 2025. He takes over from Zhiliang (Ian) Zhou, who will transition to an advisory role within the company while exploring other career opportunities.
Scott Hsu, who joined Armlogi in July 2024 as the accounting lead, brings a wealth of financial management experience from the manufacturing and wholesale industries. Prior to Armlogi, Hsu was the North America Controller at PARPRO Technologies Inc., where he led finance teams in the U.S. and Mexico and ensured adherence to U.S. GAAP and international accounting standards.
