Meanwhile, Third Millennium, based in Wales, UK, delivers access control solutions and software to both enterprise and governmental clients across the UK and Europe. ASSA ABLOY anticipates the acquisition will enhance their earnings per share immediately.

The company highlighted that these two entities collectively employ approximately 40 individuals and will be integrated into HID's Physical Access Control Solutions Business Area.
