Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology (BHAT) announced on Monday the pricing of around 78 million ordinary shares at $0.055 each, aiming to raise approximately $4.3 million through a registered direct offering. The closing of this offering is expected on or around January 14. As of now, BHAT's stock is trading at $0.064 on the Nasdaq, reflecting a decline of 26.67% or $0.023.
