Centene Corporation (CNC), a healthcare organization, reiterated its financial guidance for 2024 and provided preliminary projections for 2025 on Thursday.

For 2024, Centene maintains its forecast of adjusted earnings per share (EPS) exceeding $6.80. This aligns with the average estimates of analysts, who, according to a Thomson Reuters' survey, predict earnings of $6.73 per share for the year. It should be noted that analyst estimates generally do not account for special items.

Centene also continues to anticipate annual premium and service revenues to fall between $143.5 billion and $144.5 billion.

Looking ahead to 2025, the company projects net earnings of more than $6.19 per share, with adjusted EPS surpassing $7.25. This forecast exceeds the analysts’ consensus of $7.05 per share.

The company expects premium and service revenues for next year to range from $154 billion to $156 billion, while total revenues are projected to be between $166.5 billion and $169.5 billion, aligning with the market expectation of $166.51 billion.

Centene plans to release its annual earnings report on February 4, 2025.
