Description
For a compositor, tracking or camera tracking is one of the most fundamental skills you can have. Everything depends on it, from rotoscoping and adding simple effects like lens flares to more complex tasks such as object removal and advanced corner pinning. In this series, we'll explore how you can use tracking not as a 3D artist, but as a 2D compositor. We won't be doing any hard surface modeling or manipulating 3D meshes. Instead, we'll go through different types of tracks and use a variety of examples to demonstrate how these techniques can be applied in real-world scenarios. A working knowledge of Blender's 3D functions is expected for this series.
