(COHR), a company specializing in laser-related equipment and services, revealed on Thursday that it will explore strategic options for its Streamlined Hydrometallurgical Advanced Recycling Process (SHARP) technology. This decision is part of an ongoing strategic assessment of its portfolio. SHARP technology is designed for the recovery and recycling of essential metals from lithium-ion batteries (LiBs). The company noted that SHARP has been successfully scaled up and its products have been thoroughly evaluated.
