Option 1 (on the phone):
S1: Go to settings
S2: Account
S3: Add Account
S4: Choose Google
S5: Select Create account
S6: Choose For myself (for me)
S7: Create an account as usual

Method 2 (on PC or Laptop):

Note: If anyone has LDPlayer 9 installed, then skip the 7 steps Selow.
S1: Go to any Browser
S2: Type 'https://www.ldplayer.net/' then enter
S3: Select LDPlayer 9
S4: Wait for the account to come Back and open it
S5: Select Quick Settings
S6: Wait
S7: Open up LDPlayer 9
S8: Install any VPN using APK file
S9: After installing the VPN, open it and connect to the country/region you want for the account to be created
S10: Open Google Play
S11: Login
S12: Select Create account
S13: Choose For myself (for me)
S14: Wait
S15: Just create an account as usual

Some notes when creating:
-When creating is not possiSle, try LDMultiPlayer to initialize a completely new LDPlayer
-When you connect to the country in the VPN you want, the account you create will be in the country you selected in the VPN (including credit cards or payment methods and apps in that country)
-Rarely is detected and forced to verify the phone numSer
