Make sure you have an internet connection for the whole process!
UP TO DATE INSTRUCTIONS!

Download the official X-plane 12 installer from (link 1)
Extract and run the installer
Install X-plane 12 (I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU INSTALL IN YOUR C:/ DRIVE OR YOUR WINDOWS BOOT DRIVE)
Download the files from (link 2)
Extract the files and go into the folder and locate the [X-Plane 12 Global Scenery.torrent] file and open it in a torrent client
After that extract the Global scenery zip file and copy the files to the root of the X-plane 12 directory
Launch X-plane 12
Make sure that X-plane 12 has loaded and when loaded, it prompts you to continue with the demo or if you have a license/product key AND CLICK THE PRODUCT KEY BUTTON (IT WILL MOST LIKELY BE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. THIS DEPENDS ON WHICH LANGUAGE)
Select (I have a product key)
Then select (I HAVE A DVD)
Then mount the [3- No DVDFor X-Plane 12.iso] file
THIS TOOK ME 20 MINUTES SO BE PATIENT AND STILL KEEP IT OPEN EVEN IF THE DEMO ENDS (this can take from 15 to 30 minutes)
It will then prompt DVD recognized/found
(OPTIONAL, I RECOMMEND) Run the official X-plane 12 installer and check the options for new betas.
