This is a simple tutorial on how to verify accounts such as outlook, gmail, etc. via sms without using an actual phone number or paying anything.
Note that this method only gives u temporary numbers, so don't use it permanently for 2fa purposes or anything that will require the phone number for a longer period of time.

1. Download and install 2nr
First of all, you'll have to get an app called 2nr. I would recommend installing this on an emulator such as ldplayer9.

Once you've done that, just simply launch the app and click the red button to skip the presentation.
2. Get phone number
Now you get yourself a number. You can simply do that by clicking on "Select this number".

All you'll have to do is complete the captcha and save the number. If that worked you should now see the number at the bottom.

3. Get sms
Now you can use the number for verification purposes, u will receive sms in the "messages" tab. If the phone number has already been used
on a site you're trying to verify on, just simply get another one. If you have used up the 3 slots for phone numbers, just delete one and get
another one.

If you have any questions regarding this method feel free to comment!

Important: Sometimes the app won't be able to receive any sms which will be indicated by a red dot at the top right corner. If it won't turn green after a few minutes, just try to relaunch the app. If even that won't help, just wait a bit and keep checking until the dot is green.

These phone numbers shouldn't be blacklisted on most sites, if you find any, just post it here.
