The method I personally tried out with my friend working as glovo support is this. Glovo support is trash they usually get a job of a customer support guy without even knowing how to turn on the PC. 99% of them DO NOT check this. The way I do it I contact support 1 day after my order and say this: “I messaged support yesterday about my order (your order) and they said I will get the refund but nothing has been processed and I want to contact you about it” Thats literally it. THEY DO NOT CHECK previous messages! Those chats that were before are not checked. They only say “give me a minute” as they want to check what they have to do in that situation *refund your or not* which says they have to refund you if you really complained and if you say that their guy at customer support said you will get refunded then you will get refunded. Thats it get that refunds!
