[Help Needed] Hit Stealer finder in Live PHP website

You guys know stripe checkouter, In my limited knowledge live php website's code can't be inspected and only html code in when click view source. But i saw one guy exposed checkouters who use stealer showing fwrite function in their code. Do you guys know how can these hit stealers can be seen?

I tried burp suit but failed

In index.php file the stealers are using txt file to save hits.
