Please follow these rules :
1. Disable steam cloud (to keep your save) here is how :
From the game properties window, disable "keep games saves in steam cloud" using the toggle next to.

2. After downloading the game, lunch it first, then close it and please go offline.
When offline you will keep the account forever even if the password has changed or the account got close, it will still work as long you don't go online
Note : if you want to switch between accounts, you can use tools like "TcNo account switcher"⇽ recommended or "Steam Account Manager by rex706"
