Target account must have fewer than 10,000 followers; the fewer, the better. Target account must have a photo of a human on it (i.e. a picture of a human)
-Over 30k followers on Instagram (can be fake, process is automated the majority of the time)

Steps:
1. Modify the name of your account to closely resemble your target. As a result, instead of using name as your target, use name_ or name1. Change your profile image to theirs, and optionally, post a few of their photos as well.
2. Complete the impersonation form here: https://help.instagram.com/446663175382270
3. Remain patient.
