#1 INSTANT (even $5000 orders refunded instantly)

2. Click the help button
3. Contact their customer support
4. Ask them when your delivery will arrive (always ASK when it will arrive, nothing else)
5. They will check and see that it got delivered already
6. Act shocked and tell them nothing arrived
7. They will instantly ask you kindly if you want credits for the problem, just tell them you don't want to risk something like this happening again so you would like to get a refund.
8. Under $5000 absolutely instant refund. Here is proof:
#2 INSTANT (12 hours - working for food)

2. AFTER 12 HOURS (this is a must) Click the help button
3. Contact their customer support
4. You have to complain about the food quality, but keep in mind not to claim that only one item is problematic since they will refund only one product.
5. It's 100% better to say that you cooked something (look up on Google it's a lot better to say what did you cooked) you feel really sick. They would refund you instantly with credits or you can ask them to refund to original payment method.
6. Another way is to say that eggs/milk/soap etc got broken and ruined all the food inside (that would be instant refund)
