Krispy Kreme, trading under DNUT, has announced a reshuffle in its Global Leadership Team. Nicola Steele has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer. She currently serves as President of Krispy Kreme Australia & New Zealand. Dave Skena will take on the role of Chief Growth Officer, while Raphael Duvivier has been appointed as President of International. Meanwhile, Alison Holder will assume the position of Chief Product Officer.
The company has stated that these appointments will become effective on January 6, 2025. However, Nicola Steele will begin her role on March 3, 2025. The Global Leadership Team will report to Charlesworth.
