So far I am doing this to earn some money from offline, though I don't have enough experience in offline world, some tips and tricks from you will help me, thanks in advance.
1. Invested in government bank $30K, and $20K in a non government, giving me around $300 per month. I will not continue it when I get more stable offline income sources as government is reducing the interest rate year by year. And also there is inflation.
2. Recently get a share on a local restaurant, invest so far $6K ( not little money for where I am from). The restaurant is still in development period ( we are doing renovation, so far in only one month get around $40, when we can run fully and get good customer, it will give me around $200-$400 per month) still need to invest some more money. I will need some good advice how can I make it popular in my area, beat other top restaurant.
So far do some fb ads and get great results, but as the old owner have some bad reputation, I am also getting some bad comments.
I am planning to start a journey thread here about it, how it will go for me.
3. Buy a store/shop space 170 square feet with $10K, government building, the building still not completed yet, it will need around 1.5 more years to get fully completed. Planning to make an office for my online work, if not, I can rent it for $50 per month.
4. This one I am planning for two years, still can't start. Want to build a two unit 5 story building, where I will live also. Can't start it yet as the government doing drainage in front of my land, so I hope within 5 months I can start the work, the design, government approval for the building is done. Will cost $180K to complete till second floor. I will live in the first floor and ground and second floor will bring me around $200 per month from rent. Some member here was telling me to not invest in my home as it is not profitable, but it also gives me social status. When I have more money will completed full building, but for now I will focus only completed half and focus on other offline sources for passive income.
Do you have any other idea about how I can invest in my local area and earn more passive money offline? I need $500 per month passive income to get financial freedom in my area, village area.
