Found this and wanted to share. There is guide with it but its in Russian. You can use translator.

I've made changes to the builder, but there's still nothing complicated here.

Instructions for using the builder:
1. In host, enter the domain of the site where your panel is installed. Example: my.site.com or site.com
2. In gate, enter the path to the gate, relative to the domain. If the gate lies on the site.com/1.php then in the "Gate" you need to enter /1.php. If it lies on the site.com/1/2/3/Gate.php then enter /1/2/3/Gate.php and so on.
3. In "Code encryption pass", "Host encryption pass" and "Gate encryption pass" enter random characters UP TO LIMIT

Next, two buttons:
"Build" - make a regular build.
"Build | Disable CIS check" - make a build, and patch the CIS check. BUT! To work on the CIS as well, you also need to remove the check in the panel = remove the call to the checkCountry() function in the gate.php

I have problems with getting it setup. Any help would be very great. I tried to follow the guide but it just didnt work. Got to PHPmyadmin but thats it. thx in advance
