Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (MAXN) announced on Monday that they have finalized a Settlement and Cross-Licensing Agreement with Tongwei Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd., effective November 30. This agreement addresses their disputes over patents related to shingled solar cell and module technology. As a result of this development, Maxeon's share price is experiencing a 3.21 percent increase, reaching $8.36 on the Nasdaq.
