Norway experienced a modest uptick in industrial production in November, following a significant recovery the previous month, as reported by Statistics Norway on Tuesday.
The country's industrial production inched up by 0.2 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis from the previous month, marking a deceleration from the 9.8 percent surge seen in October.
Within this framework, manufacturing output saw a recovery of 1.2 percent, while utility production climbed by 1.8 percent. Additionally, output in the mining and quarrying sector saw a notable increase of 6.1 percent.
Conversely, output in the extraction and related services sector saw a slight decline of 0.1 percent.
On an annual scale, industrial production rose by 0.5 percent, compared to a 2.1 percent increase in October.
