Onfolio Holdings, Inc. (ONFO) announced on Friday that Chief Financial Officer Esbe van Heerden will be resigning, with the resignation taking effect on December 31, 2024. In response to this change, the company has appointed Chief Operations Officer Adam Trainor to serve as interim CFO starting January 1, 2025. In pre-market trading, Onfolio's share price has decreased by 4.51%, currently trading at $1.65 on the Nasdaq.
