Introducing PSP BinAmp, a top-notch Class A triode* preamp emulation inspired by the renowned Binson Echorec 2 delay. Originally crafted by Binson Amplificatori Hi-Fi S. p. A. in the 1950s, the Echorec 2, also known as Echorec 2º in Italian, was the pinnacle of magnetic drum delays and a timeless classic. Released in 1960, it earned a reputation for its exceptional sound quality, surpassing the tape delays of its era with a delightful, warm, and musical tone, courtesy of its distinctive Class A triode tube design.

PSP BinAmp draws its inspiration from the ingenious design and remarkable sound of the Echorec 2's preamplifier. This user-friendly plugin delivers rich and easily controllable saturation that works wonders on a wide range of audio sources, from drums and vocals to electric pianos, synthesizers, and drum loops.

Beyond its exceptional emulation, PSP BinAmp offers additional features for enhancing your audio. It includes high pass filtering and high-frequency rolloff options, a convenient –20 dB pad with output gain compensation, polarity switching at both input and output stages, and a blend control to mix saturated and unsaturated signals. A unique Variation setting further allows you to fine-tune the behavior of multiple instances of the plugin across your entire digital audio workstation (DAW) session.

With its straightforward operation and outstanding sonic performance, PSP BinAmp infuses your tracks with the enchanting and rich Binson tone – be it just a touch or a more pronounced effect.
