CC Selling HQ CARDS with huge balance

I accidentally just captured a spammers database while I was using this new tool "FTP Snitch"
FTP Snitch was created for increasing traffic for spreading malware and it crawls FTP servers by IP:PORT:USER:PASS and what it does is it injects any files on that website or server with my malware. But i guess it also clones ALL the databases it crawls through.

From the look of the file structure of the database, it apears to me that a group of spammers are using the server to save and capture their work and update notes for each other.
Here is one log from their server.

SOME of the CC data in the logs are still working and valid, However: Even MORE of the cards with bank phone number in them ( 1-800 ) accounts are closed but have other accounts open and you can still gain access via calling the automated system for the appropriate corresponding bank.

MOST of the time when you answer incorrectly, You can hit * or # and/or then it will give you the option for full SSN Number to look up the account
