Shake Shack Inc. (SHAK) has officially named Justin Mennen as its Chief Information and Technology Officer, with his tenure commencing on January 13. In his new role, Mennen will work closely with the executive team to spearhead technology innovations, streamline business operations, and elevate the guest experience.

Prior to his appointment at Shake Shack, Mennen held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Rite Aid Corporation, where he was instrumental in advancing the company's digital and technology initiatives.

As of the current trading session, SHAK shares are priced at $128.76, reflecting a decline of 3.05 percent, or $4.05, on the New York Stock Exchange.
