Albedo represents a sophisticated cloud reverb plugin designed for KORG prologue, minilogue xd, and NTS-1. It continually captures audio, storing it in a buffer while simultaneously playing various looping fragments, or "grains," from the buffer. Each grain possesses its own randomized size and position, contributing to the creation of a rich and expansive reverb effect, often likened to a captivating "cloud of sound." Additionally, the algorithm incorporates a "freeze" mode, halting the buffer overwrite and allowing the granular cloud to play endlessly. This feature enables the layering of additional sounds on top of the sustained cloud. The plugin is available in two versions: one with 16 grains featuring forward playback (+), and another with 10 grains offering reverse playback (-).
