Swedish construction firm Skanska AB has announced the divestment of its multi-family rental property, C.F. Møllers Have, located in Copenhagen, Denmark, to Home.Earth Group Holding A/S. The transaction is valued at 520 million Danish Kroner, approximately 800 million Swedish kronor.
The official handover of the property is scheduled for January 31, 2025. Skanska plans to register this deal under its Commercial Development segment during the fourth quarter of 2024.
Completed in December 2023, C.F. Møllers Have spans a residential area of 12,000 square meters, comprising 156 rental apartments and two smaller commercial units. All residential units within the property are fully leased.
The property's public parking facility, offering 125 spaces, is under a 30-year lease agreement with By & Havn.
On the Stockholm stock exchange, Skanska's shares were trading at SEK 231.80, marking a decline of 1.11 percent.
