Tropar, derived from the Greek "Troparion," is a religious hymn within Orthodox liturgy. Our inspiration stems from the rich sounds of Orthodox liturgy and the compositions of renowned figures like Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Strumski, Arhangelski, among others.

In this library, we captured the essence by recording 12 men, comprising 6 basses and 6 tenors, in an authentic Orthodox church setting. They were recorded separately into two distinct groups. Each sample was meticulously processed through Avalon AD2044F for a warm analog touch.

The library features three dynamics - piano, mezzo-piano, and forte - predominantly using the vowel "Ooh," except for the forte dynamic, which employs "Ah." Additionally, four mic positions offer versatile sound options: close, decca, side, and back.

The Remastered Edition introduces a new user interface inspired by our Afflatus Series, along with polyphonic true legato, provided as a complimentary update. It's also compatible with Native Instruments' Kontakt Player and NKS.
