Learn to find your purpose, let go of a negative mindset, build habits and avoid burnout

What you'll learn

Finding purpose

Handling negative thoughts

Learning how to build habits

Preventing burnout

Requirements

No necessary experience, just an open mind and willingness to improve

Description

Firstly, I believe that anything you do is more powerful and effective if you know why you are doing it. Therefore, we will delve into topics like your purpose and fulfilment to see what makes you motivated and what will keep you inspired.Next, no achievement is worth it if you are only capable of criticizing yourself. Nothing will ever be good enough if you do not recognise your own self-worth. We will work on how to let go of negative self-talk and instead be our own biggest supporters.Habits are the gateway to success. We will learn how to build habits that you will want to keep around for the rest of your life. You will understand how your brain works and how to use those patterns to your own advantage. This will mainly be compromised of teachings by James Clear, the author of Atomic Habits and in my mind the person who unveiled the mystery of how to create good habits.Lastly, you will learn how to avoid burnout. We are not machines and we need to understand the importance of balance and being kind to ourselves. Achievement is excellent but it should not come at the cost of our health. All in all, you will feel more fulfilled knowing that you do not over-prioritise certain aspects of your life.
