TD expects the Federal Reserve to remian on hold through H1 of this year, but to resume rate cuts in H2.

  • terminal rate will be in the low 3% region
  • economy need to digest Trump's policies, especially tariffs and immigration

This may be many of us as 2025 unfolds ;-)
