Trump has lifted a moratorium on new US licenses to export liquefied natural gas.

He hasn't done anything on tariffs but dropped this remark into the mix:

In other energy news I haven't covered yet, Trump has withdrawn all areas on the outer continental reef from offshore wind leasing.
