Description

Benefits of Micro Workouts: increase heart rate and metabolism, decrease stress, increase strength and mobility, more oxygen to the brain and body helps with alertness and concentration. We have been conditioned to believe that if we don't have 30 minutes, an hour, or more to dedicate to exercising, that there is little to no benefit in doing it. Instead, when we are short on time, we use distractions such as social media to fill that space. This is an unfortunate occurrence because we now know that even just a minute spent on movement can have physical and mental benefits. Many times we have great intentions to exercise, but the day gets away from us, we don't have space or equipment available, or any real direction. This is why I created the Micro Workout Program; realizing that stress is at an all time high, distractions are everywhere, and time is at a premium. Luckily, every bout of movement is beneficial and it all adds up. This is the basis of the Micro Workout Program; 10 workouts, 5 mobility based and 5 strength based, that are all about 5:00 each. Every workout is comprised full body, bodyweight exercises that can be done anywhere and anytime as no equipment is necessary. Complete part of a video, a full video, or mix and match videos for an even greater challenge. These ONDEMAND workouts are ready when you are, so instead of doom scrolling spend that time taking care of yourself; mentally and physically.
