United Airlines Holdings, Inc. (UAL) announced on Thursday the incorporation of Apple Inc.'s (AAPL) newly introduced Share Item Location feature for AirTag into its mobile application. This enhancement is designed to assist the airline's customer service team in pinpointing the location of any mishandled luggage.

This new integration aims to streamline travel and luggage handling, enabling passengers to accurately track the location of their bags. By utilizing the app, all customers with an iPhone operating on iOS 18.2 or later can now directly monitor their luggage.

At present, United's stock is trading at $98.93 on the Nasdaq, reflecting a slight decrease of 0.03 percent.
