Summary:
Contact Support, letting them know you are missing items from your order. For full refunds, inform them you are only missing a PORTION of the order. Once refunded, cycle to another support representative, and clear your browser using the given extension. Let them know you are missing a DIFFERENT portion of the order (the one that has yet to be refunded) Continue until the entire order has been refunded.
Step-by-Step Method:
1. When you pick up your order, wait 30 minutes, then contact live chat. 2. Create some variation of this message:
Hey, I just got home from picking up an online order, and noticed some items were missing. I’m a bit disappointed based upon the fact I’m headed off to (some form of occupation), and don’t really have time in my schedule to head back to the store. I’m not too worried though, I’m sure you can figure it out.
Note: You need to be nice to the customer service rep. I have managed to DNA $300 worth of items through one rep, by adding extra social interactions within the conversation.
3. The customer service rep will ask which items are missing. Inform them of the items that are missing. Please only say a portion of your order is missing at once, and try to split the order into multiple interactions for a higher success rate. At the same time, the more interactions you have, the higher chance you have of your account being flagged.
IMPORTANT: This is the most important part of the entire guide! Download the chrome extension listed below. When you receive a partial refund from one representative, DO NOT LET THEM END THE CHAT. If they end the chat, the chat history will be recorded,
and you might not be able to continue for a full refund. YOU MUST END THE CHAT, clear the tab, and use the Chrome Extension to fully remove all traces of “All data types” on the Walmart website.

4. If done correctly, you are able to contact multiple customer support representatives, and cycle between them until your entire order has been refunded.
Note: There are a variety of keywords that indicate you might need to find a new representative. This can be done by following the Important method above.
