WiSA Technologies, Inc. (WISA) announced on Thursday that it has finalized an agreement to acquire CompuSystems, Inc., a privately-held entity specializing in registration, data analytics, and lead management services tailored for live events. The financial terms of this transaction remain undisclosed.

Simultaneously, WiSA is making strides toward acquiring the intellectual property rights and information technology assets of Data Vault Holdings Inc., another privately-owned enterprise.

Upon successfully closing both acquisitions, WiSA anticipates leveraging the combined technologies to enhance experiential audio tours and transform substantial volumes of event data into Web 3.0 assets.

CompuSystems is projected to generate revenue between $13 million and $15 million, with an EBITDA ranging from $3 million to $4 million by 2025, as per WiSA's statement. The transaction is expected to conclude around January 31, 2025.

In pre-market trading, WiSA's shares are priced at $2.02, reflecting a 1.94% decline on the Nasdaq.
