Site is using HTTP protocol so I recommend to use VM, however I'm using the site for a while now and never had any issue with it
1. Login on this page: http://vsimcard.com/member.php with vscguest:vscguest
2. You will get redirected to http://vsimcard.com/member.php, in the middle field choose any number that says "Paid"
3. Click on Load SMS, use temp number on your service, refresh a site and there you go!
4. Sometimes it takes a while to show new OTP so just wait
