2. Get very strong RDP/socks (SOCKS5,etc)

NB: VPN should match the state/city of cc holder

3. Make a burner email with the name of the cc holder

4. Go to walmart.com and create a walmart account

5. After creating the account, click on the "My Account" option and select the "My Payment" option.

6. Add the CVV you've purchased. Once added, sign out and clear cookies

NB: For the next steps you have to be on your RDP/SOCKS5

7. Go back to Walmart, sign in and select what you want to card

NB: Keep your orders below $700. Anything above $700 will trigger manual verification.
