w/ stuff that only requires zip for avs, local credit unions can be really helpful, example: if the billing address is in zip 14567-14632, its going to be much easier to bruteforce, or just guess based on population density or union/bank proximity. I started w/ no tools and an iphone, that, plus irl camera meant no "trail" from bruteforce testing. I haven't done it completley blind yet, but its 100% possible.
