i have been trying to link a card to playstore account i tried both methods using gpay or directly from store, with vpn matching bins, etc. but still never seem to work i always get errors like "your request failed, your bank provider declined request" or etc. i use non vbv card tho idk why it doesnt work, im looking for someone who could help me please, i would appreciate it a lot

go to tele and really check if your bins are non vbv when i first started well im still is kinda new but i was getting so many bins i thought was non vbv because i was told etc until i really used a checker to tell me if the is vbv or not @SabTeamCCchecker_Bot thats the bot
