You can use it at card stores, but you can't load products over $5k or $10k, even if there's more than that in the cc, the bank will reject it.
2) So if you have that cc info (with money on it
) and you want to make a big purchase online, follow the steps below3) Go to ssndob.cc
4) Use the name and address to find the Ssn and DOB of the cc owner, it costs less than $3 or so
5) Use the first 6 digits of the cc to find the container (or the bank the cc is attached to) and then google the toll free number of the cc
6) Use Google Hangout or Text Now or any US number app to call the toll free number
7) A machine will pick up and ask for the cc number and the last 4 digits of the Ssn, sometimes they ask for the zip code
8) The machine will ask you what you need and you can ask to hear the balance on the credit card, the total amount on the credit card will be told.
9) After knowing the Balance on the credit card, you can ask the machine to forward it to Customer Service
10) Once the call is transferred to customer support, you will be asked for the cc, Ssn and dob number.
11) if the information matches you will be prompted for what you need, just tell the lady/customer you want to make a big purchase or buy something big with the cc so they will let you
12) That everything, everything you do with the credit card will pass
