what is diffenrence between mail-access netflix config and normal netflix config?

i am asking because. with netflix mail-acess config i am getting hits but same combo with normal netflix config with normal cpm i am getting no hit at all?

When it is mail access it means that you have access to the mail and if you have a subscription to Netflix, you only ask for a password change and you get Netflix but when it is only config, check if you enter with email and password
