Non-VBV Azure pay as go Method RDP

1. Create outlook account from fresh PC or with VPN should not use same IP for account creation.
2. search "azure microsoft" don't open portal.azure.com.
3. login with outlook mail
4. fill in basic details same as Outlook account.
5. Verify mobile Number ( you can get temporary numbers)
6. fill PAN card details matching same details as above.
7. Use any random valid address of India
8. Now click on next and fill debit card details they will deduct 2INR.
9. click next and select last option in last option "I am covered with premium i don't need support.
10. it after submit feedback it will redirect and that will show ERROr 404 page not found.
11. Now open portal.azure.com binco create your VM.
