  First thing you need is a bank account from either Turkey or Argentina. I recommend searching up the prices for the platforms you’re thinking doing services for and compare both countries and all of that.
  You can easily buy an account for around 30-50$, I’m not sure if vcc amount is important since i don’t know if the sites can limit the number of purchases from a certain card so always do your research first.
  After you get an account you basically just need to deposit, use a vpn or a proxy (don’t use free ones, they aren’t expensive at all) and upgrade people’s accounts for cheaper!
