Selenium greatest version so far (At least for python)

So, Selenium 4.10 has been released last month and had implemented the removal of a couple of deprecated elements for python:

These capabilities are shared by all browsers.

Some of then are, in my opinion, very important and not correctly replaced.
So i would recomend to stay in the 4.9.1 version of the tool at least until they release a correctly upgraded version.
